The important components of a fully automatic pipe bending machine are:
- The rocker arm ensures that the bending radius of the bent pipe meets the requirements, and its clamping seat restricts the rebound of the steel pipe during the bending process.
- The pump station is divided into two parts: high pressure and low pressure, which provide power for the opening and closing of the guide roller, the rocker arm clamping seat oil cylinder, the pushing device trolley chuck, and the straightening roller.
- The guide roller device consists of two sets of guide rollers, a frame, and a clamping transmission system. The opening and closing of the guide rollers are driven by hydraulic pressure, and their function is to work together with the rocker arm to complete the horizontal bending of the steel pipe.
- The driving device is the power source of the pushing device.
- The straightening roller is designed to prevent vertical deformation during the bending process, and is used in conjunction with a floating anti ellipse fixture to ensure that the ovality of the bent steel pipe meets the requirements.
- The pushing device (composed of a trolley, bed, transmission shaft, traction chain, etc.) pushes the steel pipe forward, and under the action of the rocker arm and guide roller, the steel pipe bends
