Fully automatic pipe bending machines can generally be divided into three categories: electric pipe bending machines, hydraulic pipe bending machines, and CNC pipe bending machines.
- The electric pipe bending machine is pure electric, driven by a motor, a gearbox, and driven by a gear chain.
- The hydraulic pipe bending machine decomposes the bending action and uses hydraulic pressure to drive actions such as clamping and removing clamps, bending and removing pipes, auxiliary advance and retreat, and core advance and retreat. Hydraulic pipe bending machine is a common flat winding automatic pipe bending machine. The bending action during pipe bending production is automatic, but its feeding, three-dimensional turning, etc. can only be completed manually by relying on fixed length and angle positioning ruler;
- The CNC pipe bending machine uses servo motors instead of hydraulic ones to control the feeding and retraction of the trolley, the rotation of the tilt angle, the bending and retraction of the pipe, the auxiliary feeding and retraction, and the lifting of the machine head. However, its clamping and retraction, core feeding and retraction are still driven by hydraulic or pneumatic pressure. The difference between it and hydraulic pipe bending machines lies in the continuous production, processing accuracy, and three-dimensional forming of pipe fittings.
